October 21, 2009:
Waterloo (WSYR-TV) - State police have charged two adults with child endangerment for forcing a toddler to smoke marijuana. Police were alerted when an eyewitness gave them cell phone photos of the event.

18-year old Kristin Brewster and 22-year old George Lavare Jr., are charged with child endangerment and marijuana possession. Police say they forced Brewster’s two-year-old son to inhale pot.

You can't make this stuff up! Wait until you read the quotes in this article!!!
